　　The customer is using TPE material 50 degrees. The TPE overmolding part of the product, due to the product structure design factors, the edge will be barbed to the inside of the mold. After the overmolding is completed, the overmolded part is excessively cooled, and the product cannot be removed from the mold, and it is easy to cause the TPE part to be pulled out of shape when the TPE part is hotter and removed from the mold. Customers said that they have looked for many suppliers of materials have not solved the problem of TPE difficult to release the mold or deformation of the mold.

　　Customers have sent pictures over, we looked at the product pictures, recalled that this product company before customers have done similar, the same purpose, just a little difference in the design of the local size, rubber part of the structural design should be the same. So we communicate with the engineer to understand the previous customer's material situation, while reflecting the current customer's production of the difficult problem of mold release.

　　The engineer gave two opinions, one is to adjust the material's tensile deformation resistance; the second is to improve the material's demolding performance. The first solution will have a higher material cost; the second solution may have a certain impact on the product appearance. We communicate with the customer to improve the idea, the customer thinks that the cost will be lower if we start from improving the demolding property, so we suggest to use this solution. According to the customer's request, the engineer immediately arranged to make a sample of 5 kilograms. After that, we sent the sample material to the customer and explained the precautions to be taken.

　　As soon as the sample arrived at the customer's place, the customer immediately tried the sample on the mold. After trying a few molds, the customer reflected that the material was easier to release the mold than the previous material from other companies, and in the case of hotter parts, the parts could be removed from the mold more easily without pulling the TPE rubber parts out of shape. Although the appearance of the product looks a little bit less glossy, but the whole product appearance is quite uniform, this effect is acceptable to them. Customers are very impressed by our technical research and development strength.
