　　Solutions:

　　1, check the mold, whether there are foreign objects attached to the mold parting surface, resulting in clamping is not tight; whether there is damage to the spare parts, whether the spare parts with bad, targeted maintenance.

　　2, reduce the corresponding injection molding process.

　　a) injection pressure is too large, need to reduce or earlier from injection pressure to pressure-holding

　　b) Reduce the screw forward time and lower the injection speed.

　　c) Properly reduce the injection volume and lower the temperature of the melt.
