　　2, false overlay, TPE and hard plastics or other materials, do not need to be achieved through the fusion of the above. The use of appropriate overmolding structure, such as the overall overmolding of the parts, or through the hard parts to do structural processing, such as increasing the holes, overmolding position of the edge of some grooves, to enhance the combination of TPE and hard parts (also known as embedded injection molding).

　　The soft plastic used for overmolding is TPE and TPR, and the performance of TPE and TPR varies according to the type and characteristics of the hard plastic used for overmolding. The common hard plastics used for overmolding are ABS, PA, PC, PC/ABS, PP, PS and so on. As a soft plastic material for overmolding, in addition to TPE, TPR, TPV, TPU, PVC, etc. are also used. However, TPE,TPR has a unique soft touch feeling, which makes it the best soft material for overmolding in most cases.
