Cause analysis: To reduce costs, too much filler powder was added, making the material surface not scratch-resistant. To reduce costs and appearance, some soluble diluents were added, which caused the TPE handle to turn white and affect the appearance and feel.

  3. Not enough elasticity of the stretching bar of the fitness stretcher

Problem: The stretching bar has not enough elasticity and is easy to break or the elasticity weakens after a period of use.

Quality stretching bars have good elasticity and are not easy to break. They still have good elasticity even after a long period of use.

Cause analysis: To reduce costs, low molecular weight SEBS base materials or SBS base materials that are not resistant to aging were used. Although the cost was reduced, it resulted in a reduction in the rebound force and service life of the product.

  4. Garden extension tubes are prone to cracking

Cause analysis: To reduce costs, inappropriate SEBS specifications were used, or a certain amount of SBS was added. This resulted in a reduction in the tear resistance, aging resistance, and UV resistance of the TPE soft tube.

  5. Smart band wristbands have poor feel and are not easy to clean

Problem: Low-priced smart band wristbands have a poor feel and are easy to accumulate dust and not easy to clean.

Cause: Low-priced smart band wristbands cannot meet the requirements of high water resistance, aging resistance, and temperature resistance. Currently, high-end smart band wristbands are usually made of TPSIV and TESIV materials.
