SPP S0511 oil particle filter quantity promotion masterbatch is a new product launched for most customers' requirements for oil particle filter quantity (FFP2 standard).The formulation process with lipophilic property is adopted, which is evenly dispersed in PP (polypropylene) carrier. After being spun, it has the same phase absorption effect on oily particles. The increase of filtration amount is in positive proportion to the addition amount (it is suggested to add less than 20%). With the increase of the addition proportion, the melt fluidity decreases, so the molding temperature should be increased synchronously.
