2. Try TPU-G85A:
Problem: The hardness is too high, making the suction cup overly rigid and affecting its adhesion performance and user comfort.
Result: During use, the suction cup exhibited excessive rigidity, leading to uneven adhesion force.
3. Try TPU-G82-XP:
Solution: The TPU-G82-XP has a moderate hardness, ranging between 75A and 85A, which meets the requirements for suction cup materials.
Results: The suction cups demonstrated excellent elasticity and adhesion, fast molding speed, and non-stick properties, fully meeting the customer’s requirements.
