TPE 0 degree material is a kind of elastomeric material with very soft hardness. 0 degree refers to Shore hardness 0A, transparent or semi-transparent particles, non-toxic and odorless, it is an environmentally friendly soft rubber material.
TPE 0 degree material has very good elasticity and tensile elongation (elongation up to 1500%), can be made into the feel of silicone, used to replace silicone materials. This kind of extra soft TPE material is generally molded by injection molding process, which can be used to produce soft rubber cushions, soft toys, anti-slip mats, etc. Sometimes the hardness in ShoreA0~15 degrees of the extra soft series of TPE rubber and more soft than 0 degrees of TPE rubber is classified as 0 degrees of TPE category.
TPE 0 degree material injection processing temperature, and TPE base material SEBS molecular weight related, high molecular weight SEBS modified TPE injection processing temperature is high, low molecular weight SEBS modified TPE injection temperature can be lower. In addition, it is also related to the processing product and mold design and injection molding machine model. If the product size and mold design require high fluidity of the material, it is necessary to increase the injection processing temperature. The injection processing temperature is 130~200 degrees. It is recommended to ask the supplier for the injection processing temperature parameters when processing.
