1. The amount of operating oil is too much. Operating oil is one of the essential components, the addition of operating oil can improve the plasticity of the material. The main hardness of TPE/TPR material ranges from 0 to 100 degrees (ShoreA, the same as below), generally speaking, the softer the material, the more the amount of operating oil added, but we should pay attention to the right amount.
The TPE/TPR of SEBS base material is less sticky than the SBS base material, and the TPE/TPR of SBS base material is easy to stick to the hands, which is more obvious in the case of high temperature. The products made of TPE/TPR granules are also sticky. The TPE/TPR products made of SEBS base material, except for the super soft material with hardness below 15 degrees, will rarely appear sticky hands.
