A few days ago with colleagues to go out to try material, the customer is to do electronic products, with our TPE material to wrap the rubber, because they have identified the main material is ABS, just use our TPE material to wrap the rubber outside the area, plus the sky blue, has appeared to be beautiful, so there are not a lot of requirements for our TPE material, is a point, can be wrapped up on the OK. I specially came to a piece of material that we often use to wrap the rubber ABS material sent to try. ABS material sent to try, the first time the customer where they try, and then after a week back to my phone, the package is not tight, I thought, can not be ah! Previously are OK, never had a problem, in the end, where is the problem? So, I specifically in the customer called the same day with 3KG run over to see the situation, because I believe that this material is absolutely OK, so I did not even do a backup plan to go over.
Run over a look, I immediately found the main problem point, because the customer is to take the previous package, but did not pack tight ABS molds in which to try, there are a lot of residue on it, and then the second point, he demolding time, although it is useful release agent, but he was very anxious, so he just took off the mold where the test to see can be wrapped tightly, and a pull, are not cooled down, he is sure that will be detached, there will be a package does not tighten the situation! The third point, his temperature is not reached at all, test TPE, in general, the temperature of the second zone will now be higher.
In accordance with these problems I said, the customer deliberately ran over to take the latest ABS mold into the test material, and then adjusted the temperature of the second zone, again test material, the first mold really out to one side to cool a few minutes later, it can be successfully wrapped. Behind the back, I do not want to say more, the customer since the material is good, it will certainly order, in fact, the package is a process of trial material, has been successful material, it is impossible to wrap the bad situation.
