1、Rough surface of molded products

First, increase the temperature and adjust the screw speed, replace the screen (fine mesh)
Secondly, select the appropriate thermoplastic elastomer TPE and dry, some materials are not dry for molding, there will be foaming, surface roughness of such problems.
2, scaling
Fouling is extrusion molding deposits accumulated in the edge of the mouth type, its composition is from the extrusion molding materials, but also from special additives.
First, reduce the amount of lubricant to effectively improve the characteristics of the material.
Secondly, the use of Teflon coating method can also reduce the generation of scaling.
